Before starting the process of hiring an IV&V Provider for high impact, critical ICT projects, it is important for The Agency to have a comprehensive understanding of the scope of IV&V required.
Prior to the IV&V Pre-Engagement, The Agency shall consider various key questions to scope out the contracts and statement of works to be performed by the IV&V Provider. Figure 2.9 summarizes key questions pertinent to IV&V Engagement.

The following are the ten (10) key considerations for the IV&V Engagement being planned, and the recommended actions by The Agency for scoping and preparing the IV&V Engagement contracts.
